The original 1928 “Lumen House” in Surrey (UK) underwent a full remodelling process without loosing its original soul. The architecture studio Alex Kravetz Design aimed to maintain the wide windows that made this splendid villa earn the name of “Lumen House”.

VilliZANINI, guided by the vision of Alex Kravetz Design, manufactured these bespoke railings for the 4 floors of the internal staircase.

In this case, for the finishing of wrought iron the surfaces were satinated, brushed and treated with a light-coloured protective varnish.

VilliZANINI and Alex Kravetz have been collaborating for years on international projects such as private villas and luxury hotels. To see one of the most emblematic project they completed together, visit this page.
